For some applications, PCB mount current transformers are very suitable, and they can be easily assembled on the print circuit board (PCB) of electricity meters, test instruments, without the extra wire connecting. Xianyu provides 2-pin, 3-pin or 4-pin CT with a standard pitch, which is very convenient for customers. Usually, among the 4 pins or 3 pins, 2 pins are used to connect the enamel wires, while the other 2 pins or 1 pin are just used for fixing. For some applications with very small space available, the 2-pin CT is more suitable.
As high permeability nanocrystalline or amorphous core are adopted, the linearity of final CT is excellent and phase error is very low. PCB type DC immune current transformer can be easily mounted in the devices or instruments, where DC offsets exist in the circuit. We provide a variety of PCB mount current transformers with 2 pins or 4 pins. We can also provide a variety of customized current transformer for PCB mounting.
Due to high permeability DC immune cores inside, we can make compact current transformers with through-holes big enough for the primary wires in most applications.
